At Sweet Wednesday, we take pride in the quality of our luggage and accessories. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing sweetwednesdaybags@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

We will review your request and provide further instructions if your claim qualifies for a replacement or store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds (if any) will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
All merchandise is considered final sale unless otherwise stated. Custom or personalized items are also non-refundable.
